Introduction Video[edit]
Official Bio[edit]
"Lamyoohoo!"
hololive 5th Generation's blue rep, Yukihama Lamy!
The daughter of a noble family from a distant, snowy land. She decided to leave her home, along with her companion Daifuku, after hololive's streams full of fun and color touched her heart. Her serious personality belies her naive, sheltered nature.
Overview[edit]
Yukihina Lamy is a snow elf virtual youtuber who is a part of Hololive 5th gen. Her YouTube account was created on April 12th and debuted on August 8th. She is most known for her soft-spoken voice and gentle nature on streams. Lamy enjoys playing various video games such as Minecraft and ARK but is adverse to playing horror games which she has played on occasion with fellow gen mate Shishiro Botan, who enjoyed ceaselessly teasing her and found amusement in her petrified reactions[11][12]. Talking and drinking streams are another favorite of Lamy's and her drinking habits have earned her the reputation of being the drunkard of gen 5.[13][14]
Personality[edit]
Yukihana Lamy is a kind-hearted soft spoken individual who shows great empathy when interacting with her fellow mates and fans alike. While she may seem timid and shy at first, it quickly becomes evident that Lamy can be as bold as they come and is not afraid to assert herself when the situation calls for it. She does however get easily flustered when fans or even other hololive members such as Matsuri begin to flirt with her. Lamy is often referred to as "Mama" by her viewers and other hololive members due to her caring and motherly nature. She is very close to her fellow gen mates and often collaborates with them, more so with Botan.

Yuki-Yo-Zuki Sake[edit]
Yuki-Yo-Zuki is a series of award winning sake made in collaboration between Lamy and Meiri Shurui Brewery who had collaborated before with Hololive on several branded alcohol such as Pekora's Umeshu and Noel's Craft Gin and Gin Tonic.
Sake Making Project[edit]
As a connoisseur of alcohol, Lamy wanted to someday make her own alcohol, specifically Japanese Sake. In February 2021, Lamy announced her Sake Making Project with the theme of "convey the charm of Japan sake to the world" in collaboration with Meiri Shurui Brewery.[25] Over the next few months, Lamy would watch and learn from Meiri before began providing her own input for the entire process from the rice polishing to the alcohol level.[26]

Concept | Sake that Lamy wants to share with the Yukimin |
Using Meiri's award winning Fukushogun Daiginjo as a base, the sake serves as the Lamy's first foray into alcohol brewing, letting her familiarize herself with the steps and procedures. According to Lamy, the Daiginjo Yuki-Yo-Zuki was design with the theme of "Sake that Lamy wants to share with the Yukimin" and was meant to be easy to drink explicitly for beginner. The sake was made using Yamada Nishiki and Miyama Nishiki rice and through various process resulted in a Daiginjo with a fruity, slightly sweet flavour and an alcohol content of 17%.[26]
The sake was made available for sale in May 2021 with the label artwork done by illustrator Abara Heiki and Box Calligraphy by Lamy herself. The sake would go on to earn the Bronze Medal of the 2022 Internation Wine Challenge for the Daiginjo Category.[28]
Only a few batches of this sake have been made in total with the latest batch was released on 26 April 2024.[29]
Junmai Daiginjo Yuki-Yo-Zuki Favourite Model[edit]

Flavour Profile | Crisp & Dry |
Rice | Gohyakumangoku, Miyama Nishiki |
Polishing Ratio | 48% |

Concept | Sake that Lamy would love to drink |
After the success of the Daiginjo Yuki-Yo-Zuki, Lamy decided to make a second sake that suit her personal taste with the theme of "Sake that Lamy would love to drink" targeting sake connoisseur and experienced sake drinker. Once again collaborating with Meiri, Lamy and Meiri would set out and gather 15 different renowned sakes and had her do a blind taste test whereupon Meiri specialists would analyze Lamy's opinion and rating to identify her preference as well as directly asking for her particular input such as "tanrei karakuchi (crisp and dry)", "...pairs well with any dish...", "...drink like liquid luxury in a glass...", etc... As part of the process, this new sake would use different ingredients to the first Yuki-Yo-Zuki including the yeast.
This new sake, named Junmai Daiginjo Yuki-Yo-Zuki Favorite Model, would also earn a IWC Bronze Medal at the 2023 Internation Wine Challenge for the Junmai Daiginjo category. Meiri would later send their representative to personally present the medal to Yagoo during Super Expo 2024.[31]
According to Meiri, Yuki-Yo-Zuki Favourite Model pair well with Crab Miso, Saba Misoni, Shiokara, Hiyayakko, Caprese, and Ajillo while Lamy herself said it would taste well even with common bar snacks like Octopus Broccoli and Basil Salad (7-Eleven side dishes).[25][26]
