hololive 2nd Generation
hololive 2nd Generation (ホロライブ2期生) is the second wave of VTubers under Hololive Japan. The gen is unofficially named Exodia by its members due to the rarity of a full gen collab.[1][2]

- As mention above, Gen 2 has the unofficial name of Exodia based the the idea that setting up a Gen 2 collab with all five members is as hard and rare as pulling the five piece of Exodia. This name is not an official name for Gen 2 and is not used in any promotional material by Cover Corp. However, during 2024 Shuffle Medley, as part of Ayame's performance, four Yugioh-inspired card depicting the limbs of the other Gen 2 members in a manner resembling the Exodia limbs can be seen in the background. This meant the name Exodia for Gen 2 is acknowledge by hololive even if it its not made fully official.[3]
