Shiranui Flare (不知火フレア) is a part of the Hololive 3rd Generation. Flare is a half-elf who seems sloppy and undependable at first. However, during the time of need, she becomes an extremely reliable big sis.
Flare is basically a little careless. She can be sensitive and weak to emotional stuffs as she cries easily. She also gets flustered from praises. The name of the fairy-like creature that looks like a panda is "Kintsuba".
Her reliable big sister personality kind of take over in the end, especially towards the other Hololive Fantasy members. Flare is said to be kind and dependable, and they have been taken a liking to her as a result.
