Overview
Shigure Ui (しぐれうい) is an illustrator and independent VTuber. She is the character designer of hololive's Oozora Subaru.
History
Shigure Ui created her Youtube channel on September 16th, 2018. She officially debuted on her Youtube channel on May 18th, 2019.[2]
