Background

English: "She has been working on religious services really hard as a miko in the computer world. With the revelation of the gods, she is now visiting Japan. While performing her errand, she has now decided to become and work hard as a virtual miko idol."

2018

She began her Twitter account on March 31^st. She created her YouTube channel on April 24^th, while her first video was uploaded on August 1^st.

Originally an independent VTuber for Cover Corp., on December 25^th, she joins hololive as the main cast in Miko no Tsutome! (みこのつとめっ！). It the first series of short animations under the holo Anime (ホロアニメ) brand, which was a precursor to Holo no Graffiti.

2019

She releases her first original song "My name is elite☆" (マイネームイズエリート☆) on February 26^th.

She created her BiliBili channel on May 7^th.

Celebrating her 1st Anniversary on August 1^st through a stream, she also announced her 3D swimsuit costume, which she later reveals on another stream in August 3^rd.

She announced on December 5^th through Twitter that she will be using a new 3D model designed by ordan. This model debuted on December 8^th and replaces her original model.

2020

Among with the rest of hololive up to their 3rd Generation, she appeared alongside them on hololive's 1st fes. Nonstop Story on January 24^th. This event debuts her 3D Idol model.

She releases her second original song "Sakurakaze" (サクラカゼ) on February 26^th.

She begins her first episode of "AsaMiko NEWS" (あさみこNEWS), a series parodying Kiryu Coco's "AsaCoco LIVE News", on March 1^st.

Fans

She officially calls her fans "35P" (みこぴー Mikopi) who also serve as her channel mascots. They are depicted as white cats with eyes usually drawn as solid black circles, each with varying expressions. She calls her fans outside Japan as "Worldwide 35P".

The fan name originates from her nickname "Miko" (みこ), which can be harmonized into the numbers "3" and "5" in Japanese. These numbers also correspond to her birthday (March 5). In reference to this, Miko's fans often Super Chat her streams in amounts of "3" and "5" (e.g. ¥3,535). The "P" in the fan name is said by Miko to stand for "Producer".

35P appear as some of her Membership emotes in her stream. They have also made an appearance in hololive's collaboration with Dawn of the Breakers.

Her original design's Illustrator is Tanaka Yuuichi, who is known for his works as the Character Designer for A Certain Magical Index and OreGairu.^[1]
Through her current model, she shares the same Illustrator with Tokino Sora.
