hololive English -Council-
Hololive English Council, also known as Hololive English -Council- (Hololive English -議会-, stylized as hololive English -Council-) and unofficially as Hololive English 2nd Generation, was the second (third, if counting Project: HOPE) wave of VTubers under Hololive English. Ahead of its reveal, the Hololive English YouTube channel uploaded 2 teaser videos, narrated by IRyS, which provided background information on the generation's story.
On October 9, 2023, fourteen months after the graduation of Tsukumo Sana, the remainder of Council officially merged with Project: HOPE, forming a new unit, hololive English -Promise-.[1][2]

CouncilRyS[edit]
Council would frequently collab with and became heavily associated with IRyS, who debuted only one month prior. The five-plus-one members became known as an unofficial subunit dubbed CouncilRyS.
Following the graduation of Tsukumo Sana, the remaining CouncilRyS members were reorganized into an official unit named hololive English -Promise-.
