Nekomata Okayu's 1st Live "POISONYA SYNDROME" was the first solo live performed by Nekomata Okayu. It was held on September 30, 2022, with in-person attendance at Tachikawa Stage Garden and streamed online on SPWN and Line Live-viewing. An album with the same name, Poisonya Syndrome, was released at the same time.
