Hoshimachi Suisei 2nd Solo Live “Shout in Crisis” is the second solo live concert performed by Hoshimachi Suisei. It was held on January 28, 2023, with in-person attendance at Tokyo Garden Theater and streamed online on SPWN and ZAIKO.

Trivia[edit]
Shout in Crisis was the first Hololive Productions concert after the COVID-19 Pandemic to allow fans physically at the concert to shout out loud, thanks to the government relaxing the restrictions the day before.[1]
