O'riends (Oレンズ, Ōrenzu) is a subunit within Hololive consisting of Takanashi Kiara and Momosuzu Nene and named for their similar orange colour scheme. The group was announced a day before the duo's first collab together, which was a karaoke stream on October 23, 2020.

Naming

The name "O'riends" is a portmanteau of "orange" and "friends". Though the name implies friendship, Kiara has described their relationship as being more like sisters.

Trivia

• On February 24, 2021, Nene accidentally streamed on Kiara's YouTube channel. The stream only lasted for about a minute and a half before Nene discovered the error and ended the stream. Kiara later humorously tweeted that "O'riends connection is indestructible!". The stream itself has since been made private.
