According to Lamy, the '''''Daiginjo Yuki-Yo-Zuki''''' was design with the theme of ''"Sake that Lamy wants to share with the Yukimin"'' and was meant to be easy to drink explicitly for beginner. The sake was made using Yamada Nishiki and Miyama Nishiki rice and through various process resulted in a Daiginjo with a fruity, slightly sweet flavour and an alcohol content of 17%.<ref name="SakeBackstory"/>

After the success of the Daiginjo Yuki-Yo-Zuki, Lamy decided to make a second sake that suit her personal taste with the theme of "''Sake that Lamy would love to drink''" targeting sake connoisseur and experienced sake drinker. Once again collaborating with Meiri, Lamy and Meiri would set out and gather 15 different renowned sakes and had her do a blind taste test whereupon Meiri specialists would analyze Lamy's opinion and rating to identify her preference as well as directly asking for her particular input such as "''[https://www.urbansake.com/sake-101/sake-glossary/tanrei-karakuchi/ tanrei karakuchi]'' (''crisp and dry'')", "''...pairs well with any dish...''", "''...drink like liquid luxury in a glass...''", etc... As part of the process, this new sake would use different ingredients to the first Yuki-Yo-Zuki including the yeast.

This new sake, named '''''Junmai Daiginjo Yuki-Yo-Zuki Favorite Model''''', would also earn a IWC Bronze Medal at the 2023 Internation Wine Challenge for the ''Junmai Daiginjo'' category. Meiri would later send their representative to personally present the medal to [[Yagoo]] during [[Hololive SUPER EXPO 2024|Super Expo 2024]].

According to Meiri, Yuki-Yo-Zuki Favourite Model pair well with Crab Miso, Saba Misoni, Shiokara, Hiyayakko, Caprese, and Ajillo while Lamy herself said it would taste well even with common bar snacks like Octopus Broccoli and Basil Salad (7-Eleven side dishes).<ref name="JMProductPage"/><ref name="SakeBackstory"/>
