Flare is basically a little careless. She can be sensitive and weak to emotional stuffs as she cries easily. She also gets flustered from praises. The name of the fairy-like creature that looks like a panda is "Kintsuba".
Her reliable big sister personality kind of take over in the end, especially towards the other Hololive Fantasy members. Flare is said to be kind and dependable, and they have been taken a liking to her as a result.
Not to mention, her young male voice (in which she calls herself Homura) is said to be the best, in which it become a favorite among the members.
However, Flare is often too dense to notice that.

Her stream start greetings is 'Konnui', a portmanteau of Konnichiwa' (Good evening)and Shiranui. Her farewell greeting is 'Otsunui', which stands for Otsukare (Good job) and Shiranui.
Her fanbase name was voted to be 'Elfriend', a mixture of Elf and Friend.
