The subunit that would become Hololive English -Promise- was unofficially dubbed '''CouncilRyS''', and was formed in 2021 by folding IRyS, the sole member of [[Hololive English Project: HOPE]], with all the members of [[Hololive English -Council-]], including [[Tsukumo Sana]].
